Highly ordered CuSbS2 nanotube arrays: Controlled synthesis and electrochemical properties

CuSbS2 nanotubes (NTs) were prepared via a hot-injection method using an anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template, and mixture of oleylamine (OLA) dichlorobenzene (DB) as solvent. Structural characterization the powder indicated formation high purity well-aligned NTs with average diameter 200 nm wall thickness 40 nm. Optical electrochemical characterizations that obtained exhibit p-type conductivity suitable band gap (1.53 eV), well valence (VB), conduction (CB) positions, comparable to conventional materials utilized in solar cell.
